He is the founder and executive director of Public Information Noble (PIN), a civil society organization dedicated to promoting human rights, advocating for the right to access information, and fostering transparency and good governance. Additionally, he serves as the CEO of Entrust Consultant and Trading PLC. Education
Mikias holds an LLB from the School of Law and Governance and an MA in Global Studies and International Relations. He also earned a diploma in Theology through an international curriculum, reflecting his diverse academic interests and commitment to personal growth.

He spent five years as an associate lawyer at KAL Law Office, where he honed his skills in legal practice and client advocacy.
