The AGC Education & Research Foundation has a commitment to partner with AGC of America and its members to address the deepening threats to the industry because of the worker shortages. The construction industry continues to face significant headwinds when it comes to employees. There isn’t a large pool of talent to recruit from, experienced workers are retiring and those entering the field don’t have a high degree of skill, turnover is high, and wages are rising.
