Welcome

Welcome to AFIT and the D'Azzo Research Library!  As you settle into your new surroundings and prepare for classes, there are three things to be aware of, to make use of the library:

1. Library Account: Physical library cards will no longer be issued. Your Library account has already been made for you upon in-processing. Your library account number will be e-mailed to you. 2. OpenAthens - This account will provide you with online access to our journals, eBooks, databases & more. AFIT students can complete the self-registration form for an OpenAthens account at https://register.openathens.net/afit.edu/registerPlease email AFIT.ENWL.OFF-Campus@us.af.mil if you need assistance with your account.

Welcome to the Miami Valley!

undefinedNew to the Miami Valley? Dayton is rich in history, from the Wright Brothers to the founding of the National Cash Register. Dayton is a unique place, a large midwestern city with a small town feel, but with so much to do....plenty of art, culture, dining, shopping and entertainment. Nearby Columbus and Cincinnati, both within an hour's drive, offer great day trips.
