How to Request an Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan Services are for AFIT Personnel Only! If you are with AFRL, please visit their web-site for more more information.

Before proceeding with an interlibrary loan request:

1. Check our holdings first:  please check if our library has access to the item you are looking for. The AFIT library has subscriptions to thousands of e-journals and e-books. You can use our Publication Finder tool to find journal titles we have e-access to and the library catalog to search for books and other material we have in print.

2. Make sure you are logged in:  If you are off campus OR on an AFNET computer, please use your AFIT Off-Campus proxy account to access AFIT's digital subscriptions from home. No need for VDI!  If you are a new student, your log-in credentials are sent to you during the first few weeks of in-processing at AFIT. New AFIT Faculty or Staff will receive a proxy account when registering for a library card. If you have misplaced your log-in information, please fill out a request formAFIT Personnel only!
