Use of the AFIT Off-Campus system implies acceptance of the following terms:
1. Usernames and passwords are property of AFIT Library and assigned to authorized users only. Once you are assigned a username and password, it is for your use only. It should not be shared with others.
2. An "authorized user" is a currently enrolled AFIT student, or a currently stationed AFIT faculty member or staff. Users are de-accessed when their affiliation with AFIT ends. AFIT-sponsored students in Civilian Institution programs are not eligible for a login to this service.
3. Graduated students are removed from access by the Library.
4. Copyright-compliant behavior is required and expected for anyone accessing journal articles, conference proceedings or ebooks using their off-campus log-in. The Electronic Resources Librarian at AFIT will monitor usage. The following activities are prohibited: data mining, mass downloads, ‘robot searches’. Misuse will result in deactivation of the individual account(s), and could jeopardize the library’s contracts with the database and journal providers.
5. Continued misbehavior on the system will result in permanent barring from remote access to resources.
