You will need your password (as set up when you first purchased your Activator products). If you forget your password, simple use the link provide at log in “Forgotten your password to begin a process to re set it”
On the Dashboard, please click on the button at the top right, called Edit Account. This will open up a section where you can change your password
You may play them in your own home and let friends and family join in with you (they would need their own Activator Poles as well!) as you have the “Licence” to view the videos purchased from Activator UK, or supplied free of charge by Activator UK.
You must not share the content on line, or make a recording of any of the ActivatorUK rehab Videos, as that would be illegal under the terms and conditions of sale to you.
The reason we cannot allow illegal copies to be made, is that without being able to sell genuine versions of these rehab videos, we would not be able to pay for the movement and physiotherapist experts to create such great videos and you, the genuine customer, would lose out as we would not make any new video content. So please help to support our business and our mission to help people re discover theuir mobility and health, but not illegally sharing your videos with anyone. Thank you
