Limited Warranty

5 Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty of Ace Deck Mattress and Ace Double Deck Mattress (“Mattress”) and Headboard (each a “Covered Product”).

The Covered Products manufactured by Ace Collection^® have the following LIMITED WARRANTY against manufacturing defects

1. The items of this Limited Warranty are limited to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
2. Normal leveling or flattering out of filling materials or body impressions, which occur in normal use of the mattress, are, not covered by the Limited Warranty. This mattress and its Toppers must be rotated every 3 months to promote ever wear.
3. Limited Warranty period begins at the date of purchase by the consumer.
4. Proof or purchase must be provided by consumer.
5. Transportation for repair or replacement must be paid by the consumer.
6. The Limited Warranty applies only when the mattress is supported as follows:

• Ace Size^® Mattress needs: Modular Bed Frame
• Ace Player Size^® Mattress needs: Modular Bed Frame
• Ace Family Size^® Mattress needs: Modular Bed Frame

1. The Limited Warranty applies only if consumer has complied with the Do’s and Don’ts
2. This Limited Warranty is void if the Covered Product is burned, soiled, misused, damaged, blood-stained, urine-stained or in any way abused such as damage caused by standing on or jumping on the unit or bending or rolling the bedding.
3. Any repaired or replaced product that does not meet the provisions of this Limited Warranty will be charged on a regular dealer cost basis.
4. The seller (retailer) will have the terms of this Limited Warranty readily available for inspection by the consumer.
5. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MATTRESS OR BED FRAME AND HEADBOARD. Any other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, and any warranties against latent or hidden defects) are expressly disclaimed. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, the Ace Collection limits the duration of and remedies for such warranties to the durations and remedies described in this Limited Warranty.
6. This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy of consumer for manufacturing defects in any Covered Product.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

1. Procedure for a claim under this Limited Warranty are as follows. If you observe a defect, contact the store from which you purchased the product; provide proof of purchase; explain the defect; return the product to the retailer for repair or replacement (at our option). The product will be shipped to and from the Ace Collection^® at consumer’s expense.
2. The Ace Collection^® is not responsible for any injury sustained by the consumer as a result of a product defect after inspection is made by the consumer of the product on delivery date by the selling dealer.
3. The Ace Collectio^®n is not responsible for furnishing any Covered Products or other substitute products for use or rent while a Covered Product  is being returned for repair or replacement.
