3This Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) sets forth the refund policy of Ace Size®, Inc. (the “Ace Collection®,” “we,” or “us”) for any products sold by us (the “Products”).
Bedding
White bedding may be returned if the bedding package is unopened. Bedding must be returned at customer’s expense. Color bedding is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Any bedding product that is opened out of the product package or used in any way may not be returned under any circumstance.
Regular and Pillow Top Mattress
This Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) sets forth the refund policy of Ace Size®, Inc. (the “Ace Collection®,” “we,” or “us”) for any products sold by us (the “Products”).
Please inspect all Products, including your new mattress, at the time of delivery. You have the option of requesting a return or exchange once you’ve tried out the mattress for 21 days. If at that time you wish to return or exchange the mattress, please get in touch with our team directly and we will work with you to figure out the best option for your return or exchange. All returns must be requested within 45 days of receiving the mattress. Any return or exchange will be subject to a 35% handling fee from the mattress price plus the box spring / frame price (if applicable), plus any additional shipping fees if you live somewhere other than a major city identified on our map or outside of the United States.
Custom made furniture (including headboards and platform frames) and all bedding and linen Products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged in any circumstance. Clearance items are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund, less the shipping fees and 35% handling fee and additional fees, within [thirty (30) business days] of the time you ship your package back to us. In many instances, you will receive a refund sooner.
To request a return, you must request and fill out a Return and Exchange Request Form which will be provided by a team member. We will provide you with a quote for total return or exchange charges which you must agree to before we may further process the return or exchange request. Once you agree to the return or exchange charges, we will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange a return with a courier service.
If we make a mistake regarding your order, we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund, subject to you returning the Product and any other instructions we may provide you. We will provide free shipping in this instance. Our obligation to correct a mistake is subject to you reviewing the email order confirmation details and notifying us within twenty-four (24) hours of any discrepancies on the order confirmation. If you fail to notify us within twenty-four (24) hours, your return may be subject to shipping fee and handling and restocking fee set forth above.
If an order is deemed damaged by the shipping company, manufacturer, and/or us, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. We will only accept responsibility for a damaged item where you report the damage to us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery and detail the damage or defect clearly on all copies of the Bill of Landing or delivery receipt upon your inspection during your delivery. Failure to timely notify us or to properly detail the damage or defect on all copies of the Bill of Landing or delivery receipt will release us, the shipper and the manufacturer from all liability. Do not wait to inspect the Product. Take pictures of the damaged area and do not discard any shipping box or packaging materials. By signing for delivery without inspecting the Product and noting any damages or defects, you affirm your item was delivered to you without damage or defect.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when you return any Product due to a missed delivery appointment or if you refuse delivery without inspection.

Ace in a Box Line Refund Policy
This Ace in a Box Line Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) sets forth the refund policy of Ace Size, Inc. (the “Ace Collection,” “we,” or “us”) for any products sold by us (the “Products”) through the Ace in a Box Line website, including the Ace Deck Mattress and the Ace Double Deck Mattress (each a “Mattress”).
All shipping and other processing fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunds.
Bedding
White bedding Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, only if the bedding package is unopened. All returns of bedding Products are at customer’s expense.
Any bedding Product that is opened out of the product package or used in any way may not be returned or exchanged in any circumstance.
Mattress
Please inspect all Products, including your new Mattress, at the time of delivery. You have the option of requesting a return once you’ve tried out the Mattress for up to 45 days. If at that time you wish to return the mattress, please get in touch with our team directly and we will work with you to figure out the best option for your return. All returns must be requested within 45 days of receiving the mattress. Any return will be subject to a 35% handling fee from the Mattress price, plus any additional shipping fees for locations outside of the contiguous United States.
The top portion(s) of the Mattress (“Topper”) may arrive in separate packages from the base portion of the Mattress. The Ace Deck Mattress includes one Topper, and the Ace Double Deck Mattress includes two Toppers.
Toppers included with a Mattress cannot be individually returned or exchanged. For example, if you purchase an Ace Double Deck Mattress, you can only request a refund for the entire Mattress, including the base and both Toppers. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for Toppers.
Custom Furniture
All custom made furniture Products and custom orders of any other nature (including Modular Bed Frames and Headboards) are final sale, non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged in any circumstance.
Clearance Items
Clearance Products are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Process
To request a return, you must request and fill out a Return Request Form which will be provided by a team member. Once you agree to the return charges, we will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange a return with a courier service.
For Mattress returns you will receive a return kit, that will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return authorization number. You must pack your return, and a team member will work with you to schedule pick up the uncompressed returned Mattress.
Once your return is received by us, we will process your refund, less the shipping fees and 35% handling fee and any additional fees, within thirty (30) business days. In many instances, you will receive a refund sooner.

Custom Orders
Any order that falls outside of the product that is offered on our website is deemed a custom order and is non-refundable.
