The zVEM application offers you quick and easy access to results, prescriptions and other documents within the eHealth system. It provides you with the following services:
- Review of medical documentation (results, authorizations and other documentation)
- Reviewing issued and used eRecipes
- Viewing eReferrals and eOrders
- Reviewing waiting times
- Issuance and storage of digital covid certificates (DCPs) used for travel within the EU and in some other countries
To use the application, you need access to the zVEM web portal at https://zvem.ezdrav.si, where you will use the QR code to authorize the use on your mobile phone. To use the portal, you need a SI-PASS account and a qualified digital certificate (SIGEN-CA, PoštarCA or other) or SMS-pass login mechanism. You can read more about the SI-PASS account at https://www.si-trust.gov.si/sl/.
The application is intended for users of the Slovenian health care system, both Slovenian citizens and foreign citizens residing in Slovenia and using health services from local providers.
