Zubie was formed in 2012 as a joint venture between innovative retailer Best Buy and mobile-centric venture firm Open Air Equity Partners. Beginning with a focus on connected car applications for consumers, Zubie has since expanded into providing powerful custom telematics and data services for insurance carriers, car rental fleets, automotive dealerships, service centers, and auto manufacturers. It’s the perfect fleet operating solution for rental operators, dealerships, couriers and more. Get location tracking, vehicle health and driver performance reports. For vehicles without OBD-II we have other solutions.

What Is A Zubie Device?

Zubie Asset Trak is a small piece of hardware that’s about the size of a deck of cards. It fits neatly in your vehicle’s OBD-II port and is easy to conceal for rental companies. The device connects you to a powerful platform of limitless telematics data.

Does Zubie Require Bluetooth?

No. Zubie currently runs via most 4G networks. Once it’s installed, it’s always on with no need for Bluetooth or other connection.
