I originally started this blog to post some of the more remarkable animal photographs I encountered from time to time on the web.

Well, it just so happens someone else is far more prolific in doing this than I could ever hope to be. e_apraksina posts multiple outstanding critter pictures in her LJ almost every day. Rather than me reposting her stuff here, I should simply recommend you keep an eye on her photoblog for your daily dose of cool animal pictures. That's where I'll be looking, for sure!

Apologies for the recent lack of updates. It isn't that I've forgotten this blog, I simply haven't run across m/any worthwhile animal images lately. I do look for stuff everyday, but the pickins've been awfully slim the past few weeks...

This fluffy fellow is a possum, not sure which... a Trichosurus, perhaps? Whatever, he's definitely not an opossum like our American Didelphis virginiana...

This blog has been noticeably lacking in felines. ^_^
