Call History This feature gives a bird's eye view of all the inbound, outbound or missed calls that have been performed in one single view. You can filter calls by date, week, month or a selected date range. Contacts Search agents by name or number using this feature with an option of available status. Dialer Use dialer to directly call contacts using your Mobile phone. Status Change your status real time for agents on break, meeting, outgoing or available directly from the app.
