The organization focuses on its clients, in order to ensure that their requirements and expectations are determined and fulfilled, as well as ensure greater satisfaction of partners, economic efficiency and positive impact on profitability.

ZITEC gives assurance to clients and partners of its commitment to comply with all legal requirements and regulations applicable to any of the present and future activities, as well as regularly improve the performance of the quality management system.

ZITEC has implemented a flexible quality management system which at the same time complies with the requirements of the reference standard SR EN ISO 9001:2015 and the applicable statutory requirements.

This system is applicable throughout the entire organization and is binding for all its employees.

The provisions and dispositions covered by the quality management system manual and its related procedures shall constitute ZITEC’s engagement towards clients and partners. This ensures that the products and services delivered meet both the quality standards agreed upon in contracts and the requirements set by applicable regulations.

To maintain and develop the Quality Management System ZITEC commits to engage the necessary material and human resources. Additionally, the management team expects all employees to understand and comply with the quality management system’s policy and procedures.

This policy will be monitored annually and potentially reviewed to be regularly adapted to business needs and made available for the entire staff of the organization, as well as for all interested parties.
