I purchased a Zephyr Van in April 2022 after 2 years of searching for the “perfect” builder. I purchased a van from Robert this summer after fairly extensive research. The thing that drew me to Zephyr Vans was the unique construction with aluminum framing as well as the extreme attention to detail. The product delivered surpassed my expectations. Robert was always available via phone throughout the build process, and was receptive to suggestions that I had to personalize the product. The fit and finish of his work was exemplary. An example of his customer service was that he flew to Salt Lake City to take care of a potential issue before it had even become a problem. He worked on the van at my house , and did the work completely at his own expense. It is reassuring to have someone with the knowledge and desire to do things right available as a resource I would highly recommend Robert and his team for your future van needs. Zephyr Van built us a semi-custom van of the highest quality workmanship, we are thrilled! Working with Zephyr Van through this build project was a great pleasure, primarily due to their superb and frequent communication during the build period and even now way beyond delivery date. Their vans are a great example of a superbly thought out form vs. function balance. We passionately recommend their vans to anyone interested.

We considered the Winnebago Revel until we got inside one. We searched the web for a van conversion outfit and found Zephyr Van in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The process was transparent from the start, beginning with securing our build slot, to selecting/customizing the interior/exterior accoutrements, and specifying/pricing change orders. Picking up the van in Coeur d'Alene was an exciting day despite the cold and snow in January - Robert spent over 5 hours teaching us about the features of the van, how to winterize it and care for it. When you spend a lot of money for a camper van the product has to be right, but the process, transparency and communication really matter too. Robert, Katherine and Zephyr Van have exceeded our expectations.
