PACKAGE, MEMBERSHIP & GIFT CARD POLICY
At Zen Touch Spa, we are committed to providing a relaxing, professional, and results-driven experience for every client. Please carefully review the following policies before purchasing packages, memberships, treatments, or gift cards.
PACKAGE POLICY
- All treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Package sessions may only be used by the original purchaser/client.
- Package sessions expire 12 months from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Unused or expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, reactivated, or redeemed for cash.
- Promotional services, complimentary add-ons, or bonus treatments included with packages may not be substituted or exchanged.
- Body sculpting, post-operative, lymphatic drainage, RF, cavitation, cryotherapy, and other body treatment packages are recommended to be scheduled consistently, typically two times per week, for best results unless otherwise instructed by your provider.
- Failure to follow the recommended treatment schedule or aftercare instructions may affect treatment results. Zen Touch Spa is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to inconsistent attendance or failure to follow recommendations.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Membership services and benefits are exclusively for the active member and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
- Unused membership services do not roll over unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Membership fees may continue automatically unless canceled according to membership terms and conditions.
- Missed, unused, or expired membership services cannot be refunded or credited.
- Membership pricing, benefits, discounts, and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be exchanged or transferred.
GIFT CARD POLICY
- All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
- Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards expire 12 months from the original purchase date unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Zen Touch Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
- Promotional gift certificates, bonus cards, Spa Week, SpaFinder, or third-party promotional vouchers may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, blackout dates, or expiration periods.
GENERAL BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
- All services, treatments, packages, memberships, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Deposits are required to reserve appointments and will be applied toward the final balance of the service.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow booking policies.
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or fail to provide proper notice of cancellation may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
- We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
- Arriving late may result in shortened treatment time in order to avoid delays for the next scheduled client. Full service fees may still apply.
- Zen Touch Spa reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.
- Zen Touch Spa reserves the right to make exceptions to policies at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
- By purchasing or booking any service, treatment, package, membership, or gift card, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your treatment or package.
• Appointments are considered confirmed only after deposit and payment information are received and processed.
• By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all Zen Touch Spa policies.
• Please do not bring pets, guests, or children unless they are receiving a service.
CONSULTATIONS & INTAKE FORMS
Each session begins with a brief consultation to assess your needs and goals.
• All new clients must complete an intake form before their session.
• Treatment will begin once both client and technician agree on the plan.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We value your time and ours. Please respect our schedule.
• Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) result in loss of your deposit.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will also forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
• Repeat no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and relax before your treatment.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in cancellation of your session and loss of deposit.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
Packages are personalized and include multiple sessions for optimal results.
• Sessions must be scheduled once or twice weekly depending on the plan.
• All sessions must be used within six (6) months of purchase.
• No refunds or credits for unused sessions.
MEMBERSHIPS
Our memberships offer exclusive perks and wellness savings.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Services must be used during the billing cycle (no rollover unless specified).
• To cancel, we require 30 days’ written notice via email to zentouchsp@gmail.com.
– You may continue using your benefits during the 30-day notice period.
– Less than 30 days’ notice will result in one final charge.
GIFT CARDS & CERTIFICATES
Give the gift of wellness.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Redeemable only for services (not retail).
• We accept SpaFinder and Spa Wellness gift cards.
• Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
