I have tried to download ZedgeTonesync, and it keeps telling me the file is corrupt. Can anyone help me with Windows 10?

I have a Mac, when I try to get Tone Sync to work it tell me that it can not find the iTunes Directory. I have put a library file on my desk top, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, I have gone into preferences to make sure the library is shared, I have been to 6 different webpages all with advise. I can not open the software at all, so I have no access to anything inside the program. It doesn't show up at all as running either, but when you click on it, it says it cannot open it up again because it is open already. I am unsure of what else to do. Please help this has been on going for a while now and I just want my ringtones back.

I have an iPhone 5S and I already have the app, but it says I have to sync it, so I went to the website on my laptop, and there was only options to download on Mac and Windows, but I have Chrome.
