Version History This version adds support for retired PIV slots and PIV decryption in the Smart card extension, enabling mail clients to decrypt encrypted emails using private keys stored on YubiKey. Error handling when trying to add an already existing account to a YubiKey has also been improved and lastly we fixed a crash that could occur when cancelling the password dialog. 1.7.2 04/27/2023 In this version we've added the Smart card extension to iPads with USB-C port. We've also fixed a bug that could cause the app to crash when pinning an account on a NFC YubiKey. 1.7.1 11/30/2022 The major update for this version is added USB-C support on iPads running iPadOS 16. We've also made the following changes to the app: - Fixed the bug where the required touch setting was ignored when creating a new account. - Fixed the bug in Steam account creation when bypass touch was enabled for NFC keys. - Fixed the bug where deleting an account would cause a sync issue between the YubiKey and Yubico Authenticator. - Storage of passwords in the keychain has been improved and now uses the derived access key. Old stored passwords will be migrated automatically. - The previous settings for account creation are no longer re-used for the next account. - Menu items for account and configuration are now disabled on iPads when no YubiKey is inserted into the device. 1.7.0 10/24/2022 This version contains improvements to the QR code scanner and various minor fixes. - Added a hint to the NFC prompt that it can be dismissed by swiping it down. - Disabled validation of issuer and account name when scanning a QR code.
