Welcome to YAMSRO-R. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the YAMSRO-R game servers, website, launcher, Discord server, and all related services. By creating an account or accessing any YAMSRO-R service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

👤 Account Responsibility

Every player is solely responsible for the security and activity of their account.

By registering an account you agree to:

  • Never share your password with another player.

  • Accept full responsibility for all actions performed using your account.

  • Notify the staff immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

YAMSRO-R will never request your password. Account losses caused by negligence, phishing, or account sharing are the responsibility of the account owner.

⚔️ Fair Play Policy

YAMSRO-R is committed to providing a competitive and enjoyable environment for all players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using cheats, hacks, macros, bots, or automation software.

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.

  • Item duplication or abuse of server exploits.

  • Packet editing or memory modification.

  • Attempting to interfere with the server or network infrastructure.

  • Circumventing game limitations or restrictions.

Any abuse may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the violation.

💬 Community Conduct

We expect every player to contribute to a respectful and welcoming community.

The following behavior is not permitted:

  • Harassment or bullying.

  • Racism, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Threats toward players or staff.

  • Excessive profanity or toxic behavior.

  • Impersonating staff members.

  • Advertising other Silkroad servers without permission.

  • Sharing malicious software or phishing links.

Respecting other players helps maintain a healthy community for everyone.

💎 Premium Currency & Donations

Purchases made through the YAMSRO-R Item Mall are entirely voluntary and help support server development and maintenance.

Please note:

  • All purchases are considered final.

  • Refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.

  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.

  • Premium currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

🔨 Violations & Punishments

Depending on the severity of an offense, YAMSRO-R staff may apply one or more of the following penalties:

  • Verbal or written warning.

  • Temporary chat restriction.

  • Temporary account suspension.

  • Permanent account ban.

  • Removal of illegally obtained items or currency.

  • Rollback of characters involved in exploit abuse.

Repeated violations will generally result in increasingly severe penalties.

🎮 Game Changes & Balancing

To ensure the long-term health of the server, YAMSRO-R reserves the right to modify game content at any time.

This includes:

  • Skills and character balance.

  • Reborn System.

  • Item statistics.

  • Drop rates.

  • Experience rates.

  • Events and rewards.

  • Dungeons and unique monsters.

  • Item Mall offerings.

Changes may be introduced without prior notice when necessary.

🏆 Virtual Property

All accounts, characters, Silk, Reborn Coins, guilds, items, equipment, rankings, and all other virtual assets remain the exclusive property of YAMSRO-R.

Players receive only a limited license to use these virtual assets while their accounts remain active.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or exchanged outside officially approved services.

🔒 Privacy & Security

YAMSRO-R only collects the information required to operate the game and related services.

We take reasonable measures to protect user information.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and accounts.

🛠 Server Availability

Although we strive to provide uninterrupted service, downtime may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.

  • Emergency maintenance.

  • Hardware failures.

  • Software updates.

  • Internet outages.

  • Unexpected technical issues.

YAMSRO-R cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising younger players where applicable.
