I might need to get this issue of Wink Up, because the HSJ previews dropped a couple of days before Ueda's, and I think it's been a while since I had so many feelings for a shoot. That their paired up (or tripled up in Yabu/Takaki/Inoo's case) may have something to do with it. And that it's a more natural, simple kind of shoot. A few shots under the spoiler cut.

I want fic full of feelings about friendship and love and trust, feelings that are sweet and bitter and overpowering and I don't even know why this shoot calls out to me so much, but probably because the past couple of days have been highly emotional and I needed something to focus on, to shut everything else out, and this happened to be it. ALSO LOOK AT INTO YABU'S EYES. I feel like they can see right through me.

Am I crazy, flist? I think I'm crazy.

Random things from the week:

• Inoo eats rice with pizza. Idk what to do with that information but I feel like one day it'll be useful, and when it comes, Future!Me will thank Current!Me for having the foresight to write it down.


• Got my advanced standing from University 1 to University 2. Got so much more than I was expecting, but I still can't be exempt from the "Academic Conduct Essentials" unit everyone has to do. >_< Oh well. I was thinking of taking a minor to use up my electives (Cyber Forensics, Japanese or Business Law?), but with all the credit I got, I wouldn't need to do one should I decide not to.


• I never did say anything about my thoughts on the albums, did I? I love them both; s3art and come Here. Jammed to FOREVER for one week, and TRIANGLE the next. I love hearing the more grown-up side of JUMP, and I'm so proud of KAT-TUN for showing everyone that they can be flexible and still fabulous. Kame, KAT-TUN indeed sing a bunch of cool songs. I've listened to Candle 27 times tonight, and counting. I'm sad about the re-recording of the singles, but I understand. I'm so glad Hikaru was able to write the song he'd wanted to for four years. It's so GOOD to hear Inoo and Keito's voices so much more on this album - I'm happy too, Chinen. I love that Ueda continues to surprise us with his solos. Yes! is going to kill me when it's performed live. (I refuse to believe there's a possibility of the sub-unit songs not being performed). Junno's voice continues to astound me, and Nakamaru's solo is so cool.


• I'm a little sick, a little cold and a little stressed, but I have tea so everything's good for now. ♥

Saw Maleficent today, which was amazing. I think it's one of the best films I've seen in a while - I thoroughly enjoyed it. I want to see it again!! I watched it with my friend, who's been experiencing 9-5 working life for the past two weeks, so it was good to catch up with her. ♥ Other movies I want to see these holidays are The Fault in Our Stars and X-Men, but I think I'll only have time for one of them. .......Mainly because I am reluctant to leave the house. >.> We shall see.

I got accepted and subsequently enrolled into University 2.0 last week, which is an even worse process than University 1 and resulted in multiple headaches and almost-tears. ;_; I mean, it's worth it, but omg I'm never complaining about University 1's online enrolment process ever again. ;_; I start my first semester in three weeks. I'm really really not looking forward to being a first year again (and a mature age student, at that hahahaha T_T) but I guess it's a small price to pay. I am excited, and I hope everything works out!

Apart from that, other things I've been doing this holiday is cleaning (SO MUCH CLEANING D:), writing lots, which isn't going quite as fast as I would like because I am slow, and playing Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies. ._. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this game as much as the previous games but ahhhhhh it surpassed my expectations. *_______*

Fandom wise, I started watching VS Arashi again, primarily for fic purposes, then got addicted all over again. I'd forgotten how good that show is. ._. Plus, I kind of missed Jun-face. //proud member of the "Jun-baited into JE" club

I feel kind of empty, now that my usual TV shows are off air, and I can't seem to get into the fourth season of Suits. ._. I did start watching Orange is the New Black, but I don't think I can continue with it. I really like the concept of it, and the character flashbacks, but I dislike watching violent and abusive scenes, of which there are plenty of it in the show. ._. Anybody have any TV show recommendations? >_<" Or drama recs? I haven't watched a drama in ages, and I didn't finish any drama last season. A lack of things to watch is probably a good thing, given that I have so many things I need to do, but I wouldn't mind checking out something new. :3

Congratulations to KAT-TUN for having eight consecutive singles at number one on the Oricon charts! I'm so proud of you all and I hope you continue to Break (all) the Records! ♥

Before I go, going to pimp the je_summerfic anon fic meme, and the recently-passed yyexchange for any Yamajima fans on my flist that have yet to read the amazing fics there. Fic for all!

From the next Shounen Club Premium. Look how close Inoo and Nakamaru are!!!! Saw this on Wednesday and omg it makes me so happy whenever I go back to look at it. ;_; I've been looking forward to the next episode ever since learning HSJ were the guests, because they have lots of history together back from HSJ's junior days and dramas and... Tagumaru survival gaming. xD;;;; This just makes my anticipation even sweeter. I'm still laughing at Ueda's extended hand, as though he's welcoming Inoo for something.

• Myuto, Nozawa and Watanabe's 9th anniversary yesterday! I can't believe it's been nine years already. Happy Anniversary, boys - continuing to wish you all the best. :3


• Speaking of Nozawa, I haven't actually watched a Shounen Club episode since...March (I seriously have so much to catch up on >.>) but from gifs and Sanada's participation in Crea.... maybe Noon Boyz are going to/have already split up? I know that since the end of Waratte Iitomo, they don't really have a reason to be together anymore, sigh. I know it's not just them - there seems to be lots of reshuffling going on amongst the juniors lately. ;_;


• School Kakumei introducing the place where Chihiro works! Yamada sibling interaction! :D


• Chinen on Chubaw Desu Yo in a few days. I love this show! I love food shows in general, so food show + great host + J&A guests is a winning combination for me. xD;; Looking forward to seeing Chinen chop stuff up and do monomanes cook.


• I LOVE FOREVER.

Um, I think that's it for now. ;_; Anything else I should be aware about, since I've been off the radar for so long? I think I want to start watching Gamushara too (though I have seen the pole-dancing clip), but, one step at a time!

8:24am already, oops.

I've been feeling particularly mellow today, ever since arriving home to these on my doorstep. Although very allergic, and utterly clueless when it comes to taking care of plants of any sort, I'm very much a flower girl. Thank you very much, Ann-chan! ♥

Happy Birthday, Jesse! I haven't been keeping up with your activities as of late, but I love you to bits, and I hope you had a wonderful day.

Caught myself staring at the helix piercings of the girl sitting opposite me during one of the (two) consultations I went to the other day, and then, as usual, had the urge to get myself some more. My second lobe piercing still hasn't quite healed though, so any others will have to wait.

ABC Classic FM's Classic 100 Baroque & Before Countdown started yesterday, so I will be listening to that all week as I study. <3 All the Baroooooooooque music. <3333333 I'm glad I was able to catch the Bach A Minor Concerto this morning - it's one of my favourites. ♥

Had so many plans for this weekend; mainly study (how is study week over already, seriously.), and figure out what I'm doing with FQF, although nothing has gotten done yet because my hay fever has been playing up all day. >.> Anyway, this time next week I will have finished all exams required for my Bachelor's.

Just left my tea brewing on the counter for almost half an hour. u_u I'm really out of it today. I guess I should just finish this post off because it's already choppy and all over the place as it is.

Aaaaand with that said, I had half a slice of the best tiramisu today. ♥

Things that made my weekend more bearable:

Crashed my cousin's for the evening to cram study and shamelessly use his kitchen, which isn't going quite the way I wanted it to (read: not enough studying going on), mainly because I can never turn off that part of my brain that wonders what the hell I'm doing at any given point in time.

So I made a plan, because if I don't get it out, and put it somewhere I'll see it and remind myself to focus, I'm not going to do anything remotely close to accomplishing it.

Going to cook dinner now (Chorizo pasta - guess who rules cousin-dearest's kitchen when nobody else is around), then get back to working towards item no. 2 on that list - valuing oil reserves using the BSM. >.
