Xerox Device Agent (XDA) is a Windows-based data collection and fleet monitoring tool for networked printers and multifunction devices. It automatically discovers devices across your network, collects meter reads, supply levels, and critical status/alerts from both Xerox and most SNMP-compliant third‑party devices, and securely transmits that data to Xerox services. The result is automated meter reporting, improved visibility, and proactive supplies and service workflows that reduce manual effort and downtime.
