- Workshop is planned and customized in a virtual work session.
- Xenium manages technology and setup and facilitates 1-2 hour virtual sessions, including breakout sessions and Q&A.
- Feedback is collected to measure engagement and results.
- Workshop is recorded and provided to client for future use.
Option 3
Hybrid On-Demand Training and Group Discussion
- Employees first complete a self-paced e-Learning course.
- Then, Xenium facilitates a group discussion on the subject.
