Lobby remodel at the Icon Tower on Brickell Avenue, Miami.
The scope included full floor and wall tile replacement across key common areas, starting with removal of existing finishes and substrate preparation to ensure plumb walls and level floors. New tile was installed to match existing conditions, with careful coordination throughout.
Executed within an active environment for the tenants, the project required detailed protection, sequencing, and daily site management to maintain a clean and functional space throughout.
