XBOSoft is committed to making our website accessible and usable for everyone. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Our goal is to provide equal access to our services and information for people of all abilities.

What we are doing

• Including people with disabilities in the scope and design of this website.
• Continuous reviews of the content and website for compliance and accessibility. 
• Selecting specific vendors and third party software providers based on their track record and commitment to accessibility. 
• Using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for better screen reader compatibility.
• Maintaining text alternatives for images and multimedia.
• Ensuring sufficient contrast and resizable text.
• Supporting keyboard navigation throughout our site.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations. The following is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please get in touch if you observe an issue not listed.

Third-party integrations

We work with third party tools and systems such as WordPress, CloudFlare, Gravity Forms and UseCentrics, and while we make an effort to select platforms that conform to accessibility standards, add layers of code to improve accessibility and/or communicate with developers to suggest accessibility improvements, the owners and developers of these platforms have the ultimate control over their accessibility, and in some cases there are no viable alternatives. We welcome all feedback regarding the integrations we use, and suggestions of alternatives to improve the accessibility of this site.

Older PDFs and downloadable documents

Some of our older PDF and downloadable files may not meet current accessibility standards. We are in the process of reviewing these files and, where possible, replacing them with accessible formats. If you encounter a document you cannot access, please contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format on request.

Videos and webinars

Our site hosts a large library of recorded webinars and videos. While transcripts are available, they are automatically generated and may contain errors. Captions and transcripts are being improved over time, but audio descriptions are not yet provided for most videos. We are working to improve the accuracy of captions and to make audio description available for future content. Users are encouraged to contact us if they need support accessing specific video content.

Language accessibility

Our website content can sometimes be highly technical and complex, which may make it difficult for some users to understand. We are continually reviewing our content to improve readability and add explanations or definitions where necessary, while maintaining accuracy in specialized topics.

About this statement

The statement is based on a self evaluation conducted on the site throughout it’s development and upon it’s completion. The accessibility of this website is constantly tested and improve as part of an ongoing process.

The assessment included testing with NVDA and JAWS technologies in Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Brave and Microsoft Edge as well as the native assistive technologies available in Microsoft Windows 10.
