- nobody prepares you for how much "storytelling" you're going to have to do in your career

- someone on my team went zoom camera-off 6 months ago because they were eating a late lunch and I've never seen their face again. respect.
- remote + 4-day work week is the ultimate perk. offer this and your productivity will stay the same and your employee retention will skyrocket i promise.
- Once you understand funnels, your life will be changed.
So much internet money everywhere now you just have to grab it - Been a designer for 12 years, masters degree, ran studios, led teams, and still have days where I feel like I donโt know shit.
- the new hourly rate for product designers in the US is $200-250/hr pass it on
