Seems like there's new @GrabMY fraud trick. Happened 2x in less than 24Hrs, managed to ss the 2nd time. Both Top Rated Driver (5โญ๏ธ)

-"Unintentionally" took the wrong turn(s)
-Gets farther away so passenger would cancel
dua lipa snapped & called out those rude, ignorant malays regarding the so-called controversial "babi" post in her latest interview and i. am. here. for it!!! put those uncultured asses back to place ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ
the only acceptable time to use cash for me is when buying from warung and stalls.
if you have a proper retail shop and still refuse cards as payment method, i'm not buying ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
-When all else fails, remain static until passenger cancel on their end (probably not wanting to affect their โญ๏ธ for cancelling a ride)
Peep the timing, how far are they willing to go? Since this is repeatedly happening with similar MO, @GrabMY needs to investigate.
Luckily I'm not rushing or anything, today I HAVE the time to investigate.

Such a shame because there are actual, honest drivers out there and then there are these.

Driver still refused to cancel on their end and it actually seemed like they are doing this on purpose @GrabMY ๐ซถ๐ผ
I might not be the only passenger they are doing this to.
Fortunately, this place is full of things to do so I am not exactly in a rush to leave ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

My waiting game ends now, only because I am not feeling well. Otherwise I would have investigated this even further.
Not a good look on @GrabMY having drivers like this. Hopefully they are going to take this behaviour seriously.
Woke up to a lot of people having similar issues, @GrabMY is still not doing anything to improve.
For those asking me to disclose the driver's details, I refuse to - mainly bcs (as pointed out), it's Grab issue. Compensate drivers better, give them the choice to accept jobs
A lot of people have been facing this and the "Driver was uncontactable" option still penalizes customers with a fee. Please provide better solutions or at the very least, look into this matter really seriously. This is not how you should handle the issue.
It's a lose-lose situation for both drivers & passengers until @GrabMY does something to improve. This is the effect of monopoly & capitalism.
Also, Grab is not the only one I use for e-hailing and I urge everyone to do the same. Keep your options open ๐ซถ๐ผ
