- 🧵1. Today I bought double mystic Axie (Axie 643) for 43 eth. I am more than thrilled and extremely appreciative as this purchase represents a long 4 year journey in @AxieInfinity. In this thread I will outline my journey and explain why I decided to make this purchase.
- REMINDER: No matter how rich crypto can/will make you; Do not let greed control your thoughts and emotions as you make decisions or create things.
- This WAGMI cult narrative as a form of marketing for @AxieInfinity is cringe tbh. Quit building the axie community on blind faith. Start building the community through transparency and updates. Support key community stakeholders and communicate a strong/well established vision.
- New players say the only reason @AxieInfinity succeeded was because it was born in a bull market. That is entirely incorrect. Axie Infinity had to sustain a year long bear market before it ever gained any traction. I remember seeing axies listed for less than $3 at some point.
- 1. Thank you so much to @AxieInfinity for the airdrop and for the AXS staking dashboard today. Also appreciate you guys waiting to conduct the airdrop until staking was complete. Definitely saved me from myself lol. All of the AXS I received today is already staked!

- Hmm I find myself getting bored of @AxieInfinity Origin already. I enjoyed the initial deck building phase but there seems be next to 0 in-game skill components. The worst part is that I don't even know how I could make Origin more fun. I hope there is a grander vision.
- Any game that formally markets their self as the next @AxieInfinity is probably not going to make it.
- If @AxieInfinity released a very basic remastered v2 it would bring back hundreds of thousands of players.
- As we move forward, its important to remember that play to earn and nft gaming is not all about making money. It should mainly be about having fun and interacting with a community of players. At the end of the day video games should still inherently aim to be fun experiences.
- 1. I am seeing a lot of @AxieInfinity pay to win arguments pop again. It has been awhile since I have contributed to making Axie Infinity content. So, I am committed to doing another budget axie challenge next season.
