    10 years sober today. For a guy that couldn’t stop shooting heroin, smoking crack and guzzling booze this is truly a miracle. No matter what you are struggling with today just know that change is possible and you are worth it. You don’t have to be perfect. KEEP GOING.

    Eminem and Mary J Blige provided further evidence last night that getting sober is definitely not a punishment. They crushed on the biggest stage without a sip of booze or a hit drugs. Sobriety (for those who need it) enhances life and allows people to level up.

    Total insanity. One year ago today I was ripping out to Palm Springs to go on @BacheloretteABC. Shooters shoot, glad i shot. Met some incredible humans and learned a lot about life/myself. Grateful.
