This is 100% true and everytime someone brings this up, it gets buried because his fans mass report the accounts. Cha Gawon is a rich and powerful individual but unfortunately, she can't be above the law. He really thought being linked with her would make him invincible.

Byunkimkim's contract with SM ends next year so they will be officially out of EXO in 2026 without SM having to do anything. They still have to pay their unpaid dues tho. And surely, SM won't even offer them to renew after that. Duh! EXO will never ever be 9 again! Deal with it!
