    Idk who needs to hear this but just because you’re an adult doesn’t mean you can’t learn to swim, take dance classes, start gymnastics, learn a new language, etc. like I know it’s obvious but sometimes we need the reminder.

    I know this might piss y’all off but “check-ins” aren’t the high impact solution y’all think they are to suicide prevention. I sat right there and listened to my cousin talk about her love for God and getting into the church more consistently and she was gone 3 months later…
