- Replying to @willthiel. . . serves to balance loads for the nearby nuclear power plant, and its loss in conjunction with any others that can be hit as well as strikes on major substations near the NPPs could cause some serious problems for 🇷🇺 industry (oh look, and without killing heaps of civilians).
