Wow- so is this true? Did the SEC speak with University Lands? If they did, WAS the SEC and UL LANDS COLLUDING together to mess Nextbridge up? So if this is so, the SEC would have known that Nextbridge needed money to pay UL lands for the lease. The S1 would have provided $$$ for

Congress- Please help us find out- WHO paid or waived the fee on a stock ticker that was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TRADING and ESPECIALLY when company also said it was NOT supposed to be trading AND company says THEY DID NOT PAY for it to be listed. WHO paid to get this trading AGAINST

SEC management and Hester Peirce have seen a demonstration of a solid route towards resolution. Ms Peirce said at the time it was "sound in principle" and appreciated it. Yet she continued to do nothing about it. I am CERTAIN she will have to explain exactly why she did nothing
