    Preparations for the #AmbassadorsCookoffChallenge and #HighfiridziChallenge are in full swing! I just visited Highfields, the origin of the Highfiridzi dish to pick up some ingredients: tomatoes 🍅, onions🧅, covo🥬 meat 🍖 cooking oil 🪔 and mealie meal. I also got some tips

    My Highfiridzi is ready! I've always enjoyed Zimbabwean cuisine and I loved learning how to cook this version of sadza, muriwo nenyama- what a nice experience, especially meeting so many friendly people in Fio! Makes me want more #AmbassadorsCookoffChallenges!

    No, these pictures are not photoshopped! Close to the Harare International airport, I discovered @wildislife. It’s a great place to take your friends who come here for a short visit or your family, just like I did with my family and @asalfomagic . Zimbabwe is beautiful!
