    Just now while stopped at a light in DC, I turned to my right to discover a trio of nuns dressed in full religious habit. All 3 smiled & waved, as though they knew me, loved me & hadn’t seen me in years. They were adorable & it kind of made my day. The power of unfettered joy.

    I’ve heard from two diplomats tonight who both noted that the flags standing as backstop for the RNC are wrinkled and would not pass official government protocol. So random, but I found it interesting.
