- Bravo! PRECISE RCT results out: For suspected prostate cancer, MRI+/-targeted biopsy non-inferior to TRUS-biopsy but avoids biopsy in 37%. Detection rate 35% for MRI & 30% for TRUS. Further level 1b evidence to support a pathway involving up front MRI. bit.ly/39RbSQd
