    Portuguese CyberSecurity centre is a joke! The Portuguese Army released a photo where they show their own cybersecurity centre defence with passwords on the walls, ip addresses, network topology and even publicity to real estate company (kudos to @sandra__la )

    Portugal in the first lockdown didn’t had PPE and maks. Now it doesn’t have enough syringe needles to vaccinate people. Still we congratulate ourselves for an awesome planning. brilliant!

    o cartão do cidadão custou cerca de 7 milhões de euros para ser feito em 2005. entretanto o estado vendeu o cartão (que começou por ser 12€ e está a 20 agora) 33 milhões de vezes (arrecadou uns valentes 600 milhões durante 17 anos) e agora vai custar 9 milhões do PRR a refazer

    so went and dig around to find out that Portugal is investing 77m in AI, from EU funds - that's settled then - but it goes to 1 consortium of an AI company based in the States and to 1 other company. both of them are proud of their investors and investments
