In Mali, with UNICEF's support, young people are breaking the silence around menstruation and learning how to support one another. Girls and boys learn side by side, ask questions about periods, and even make reusable sanitary pads together. This is how change begins. 💙

At least six children have died in Gaza this winter amid severe weather conditions. Among them was seven-year-old Ata, who drowned in a flooded, makeshift camp. UNICEF is distributing thousands pallets of winter supplies. But much more is needed to avoid further tragedies.

Meet 3-year-old Wictour. After recovering from malnutrition at a refugee camp in South Sudan, he’s now healthy, smiling, and cuddling his baby sister - all thanks to UNICEF supporters. Around his neck is a necklace from his grandfather - a small reminder of home and hope. 💙

Winter in Gaza is accelerating the spread of disease and increasing the risk of death among the most vulnerable children. Thanks to our supporters, UNICEF has recently delivered over 134,000 winter clothing kits and 572,000 blankets to Gaza – but so much more is needed.
