Please don't take advice from some crazy autistic person who was willing to go against medical consensus and eat some dog shit he found on the internet. I am not sane.

I cured 2 autoimmune diseses in myself, doubled my grip strength, and went on to reverse my GF's diabetes type II and PCOS. My blood test says I got 10 years younger and the only thing I did was fix my gut. I live in poverty conditions and my intervention was literally dog feces.
Everyone thought Bryan Johnson was insane... When they heard he spends $2,000,000 a year to live to 200. But the details of his protocol reveal 8 life-changing habits anyone can follow at home for free. Here's his evidence-based longevity blueprint: 🧡

I taught myself Ancient Mesopotamian to translate a tablet that scholars had assumed was a cookbook, but it was actually a Medical Grimoire whose recipes align with ancient astrology / gods associated with cures, likely by an AΕ‘ipu I tried it & it worked.
There's absolutely no shortage of opportunities to produce 'new knowledge' in the humanities; vast swathes of medieval, early modern and modern texts remain untranscribed, unedited, untranslated. The failure to take these opportunities is partly a skills issue; (cont.)

Lots of children also draw their bodies with a fore-shortening perspective while learning to draw. There's a weird thing in art where the family are drawn normally, but the child is drawn with weird limb shapes. Same kinda idea.

This is how I think archeologists and scientists study ancient medical rituals. We lose so much context that we basically look like idiots. But we don't know what the final product looks like, so we act like this kid's dad instead of steelmanning the instructions.
This is why programming is an acquired skill

This is why I figured out how to make my body secrete sun screen and promote skin dna damage repair and reverse oxidative damage. When from photophobic and burning in less than 10 minutes to all day sun without damage. Avoiding the sun is stupid.
90% of skin aging is from day-to-day sun exposure… not sunburn. Visible skin aging is UV-driven, and damage is cumulative. High UV exposure damages collagen, elastin, and DNA. This causes: + wrinkles + hyperpigmentation + and may cause cancer Your skin is 15% of your body

That's not just a bad study; that's a load bearing bad study. Entire industries are predicated on the delusion that this study is true. Why do you hate people being employed?

I cured a life long sleep disorder, stopped hallucinations, fixed my sense of time, reversed anosomia and face blindness, have intentionally control of my inner monologue and literally taught myself tummo from first principles. I lived off <$200 for most of this time.

Are you sure about that? I ate dog shit in a pill for for a month and I gained 60lbs worth of grip strength and all my age related proteins expressions (mTOR, IGF-1 AMPK, Sirtins) changed and I have a blood test to prove it. I don't exersize.
1/8 The good news: we have a β€œdrug” that is very effective at delaying the onset of death and preserving healthspan. This drug is called exercise, and nothing else rivals it. The bad news: it takes more time and effort than ingesting any pill or employing any β€œhack.”

You can fix this by eating more niacin and promoting natural serotonin production to boost activity in the hippocampus pyramidal cells. The chaos of different memories being inadvertently activated and then filtering thru Broca's area is what most people's 'inner monologue" is.
