- Dan Campbell said they got some positive news on Morice Norris from the hospital that he is breathing, talking and has some movement
- Dan Skipper said he did not report as eligible to the officials on the 2pt play that got called back. Decker said he reported.
- Lions Pro Bowl DE Ziggy Ansah, who wears No. 94, is delivering 94,000 bottles of water to Flint today.
- Lions are releasing Standing Room Only seats again this week in anticipation of another 65,000+ crowd when they host Minnesota. Vikings have the 9th most false starts & 4th most delay of game penalties in the NFL this season. Safe to say Ford Field will be rocking come Sunday.
- Officials are going to miss some calls but between the missed offside on Rams -- that cost Detroit a chance at points to end half -- and the no call on Gibbs getting hit 3 yards out of bounds. Officiating has to be better in 2nd half. This is the playoffs. #LARvsDET
- Campbell confirmed the LaPorta touchdown pass was designed for both Jared Goff and Jahmyr Gibbs to stumble to freeze the defense. He said they worked it all week and it worked better than in practice.
- Crazy. Amon-Ra St. Brown is the NFL’s first WR to produce at least 25 receptions, 300 receiving yards and 6 receiving TDs through the first four games of any season since Randy Moss in 2007.
- This is pretty crazy. According to NFL Research, Jahmyr Gibbs became just the 5th player in NFL history to score more than 40 touchdowns before turning 24. The club he joins includes Hall of Famers Barry Sanders, Randy Moss, Emmitt Smith and Jim Brown.
- Lions RB D’Andre Swift said his goal this year is to rush for 1,000 yards and have 1,000 yards receiving. He said with Duce Staley coaching him he thinks he can reach both marks.
- Dan Campbell said this is the best he's felt about the roster from top to bottom in his 5 years here in Detroit
- Adrian Peterson said when he was told Swift would start last week he told the coaches, you should have done this two or three weeks ago.
- Lions fans might want to arrive early to Ford Field tomorrow. It’s trending toward a crowd of more than 66,000 for Thanksgiving, which is tracking toward potentially the 2nd highest Lions game attendance in Ford Field history behind the MNF Chicago game in 2011.
