- tw: bullying, racism, transphobia (Fulton HS in Knoxville, TN) This boy defended his friend bc she was bullied for being trans. The bullies harassing this girl aren’t facing any repercussions, yet he was suspended for profanity & put in a room guarded by 2 cops. @/willum4606
- Doesn’t help that almost all you see on Filipino TV and Film is the lighter skinned Filipinos (people with darker skin were usually the bad guys). I grew up with skin-lightening creams, lemons, and soaps too. I was convinced that was going to make me look more attractive at 13.
