Congratulations to Sharmila Dissanaike M.D., Chair of @TTUHSCSurgery, on being elected as president of @Ameriburn. Dr. Dissanike has won more than 50 awards for clinical, academic & research excellence and is one of 24 female surgeons chairing a dept of surgery in North America.
