- 36 yrs ago I was a houseman in Northampton. For weeks we looked after a youngish man in agony from what turned out to be RPF. Today he was referred to the specialist RPF clinic I run @GSTTnhs in London. It was a fantastic moment 😊 Likely IgG4 disease long before 1st described !

- 20 yrs ago today walked into @GSTTnhs for my first day 🙂. Back then no email, appraisal, one stop, job planning, checklists, PACS, robots, admission lounge, 2ww, smartphones, PIRADS, PDD, Shard, IgG4, FY’s, TKI’s, CQC, dress code. The 🥇change ? I’d say PACS...
