- To say that i’m blessed would be an understatement!! I rounded out my senior season with medals in EVERY event i competed in!! Gold in the 4x1, Silver in the 200, and Bronze in the 100! It is safe to say that the podium was TIRED of seeing me! #tigerpride @J55FoFo @parhamcoach
- First off, I want to give God all the Glory and Praise because without him, I will not be in the position I am. Today, I competed at the 2025 New Balance Indoor meet and it was a TIME at the oval office. I am excited to share that I ran ✌🏼PRs in the 60m, 7.58 & 24.52 in 200m.

- This weekend, I was able to put together a few solid races from prelims to finals. I am your AAU Region 9 Champion in the 100m and runners up in the 200m where I ran a SB. Back to the lab next week!

- Today was a great day as put together Indoor PRs in the 200m I ran 25.53 and in the 60m I ran 7.82 to conclude my final indoor meet of 2024. @Exquisite_OSB @J55FoFo
