- We've postponed this pack drop. We've identified some bot issues that we worry would compromise the drop. As a result, we are delaying this drop until we solve the problems we've identified. We're looking at March 19th Pacific Time, during business hours at the earliest.
- The 2021 All-Star set will drop at 2pm PDT. We will be undergoing maintenance to optimize the drop. We apologize for the delay.
- Surprise: pre-order packs are being delivered. They will be sent out incrementally, and we anticipate them all to be delivered by tomorrow at the latest (likely sooner). We will send out an email to all eligible collectors once all of the packs have been delivered.
- Exciting surprise: Mike Conley’s Seeing Stars reward is narrated by Mike Conley 🤩🤩🤩 We thank Mike for making NBA Top Shot history with us. A very special day for the collectors who completed the challenge, and hopefully the first of many innovations for Moments down the road.
- Replying to @topshot_updatesThe issue involves many collectors' Collector Scores resetting to 0. If that happened to you, you're not alone.
- There will be two Stress Tests on Friday for our next round of Elite and Standard Packs, including new Rising Stars Moments. More details:
