🥳 I've been promoted to Reader in International Relations at the University of Warwick. 🥳 Finally, I have a job title that aligns with what my parents assume I do for a living!
It's on-the-door official! From today, I've been promoted to Professor of International Relations in the department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick.

Today I finished writing the 19th of 20 case studies for my book on small states in IR. One thing I have definitely learned from this project is that writing a book with 20 cases is a ridiculous idea.
Today I finished writing my second book, and tonight holes appeared in both elbows of my sweater.
After twelve years and two books, I have finally earned my elbow patches!
