    Since 1972 the Notre Dame starting tight end in every season has earned a paycheck in the NFL with two exceptions. One was blatantly due to injury, one was because he was a quarterback.

    Friendly reminder that this game won't matter at all when the playoffs expand to 12 teams. Nor would have the game in Ann Arbor.
