- As of today I am 198 still almost 60 pounds down in a month and a half but … Remember no one is coming to save you No one wants to be fat Restriction is the best form of self-love You could always be thinner /prettier

- Replying to @thisismynoor1. Sun up to Sun down method If you are a Muslim you know what this method is. It’s basically eating before the sun comes up and after the sun goes down so if the sun rises at 5 AM and set at 8 PM your not gonna eat in between those hours don’t try 24 hours unless your ready
- Replying to @thisismynoorFood -I eat steak eggs and avocado with a bowl of berries. This is not every day only on Fridays do I eat like this other days I eat anything with high protein as long as it’s 800 cal and below I cut out bread and dairy most days I’m just eating a handful of steak bites

Cardio with an incline As always I start with cardio for at least 65 minutes I use the arch trainer if you don’t have the gym hike trail at least 10k steps I also recently discovered the jumping rope is a great way to do cardio as well resistance 50-100 incline 15-20
