- Thanks to Cursor I quit my job, started a bank and got into YC. I was a PM that didn’t code for 10+ yrs. 99%+ of the code is AI written. The impact is real.People dont understand how true this is. Being a former founder myself who didnt found PMF, is amazing for me to hear different users saying literally that Cursor changed their life. Thats real value. You cant fake that or buy that.
- Replying to @evilsocket and @z1pocQuickly looking at your LinkedIn I can see many things that are red flags for automated systems or human review: overlap between roles, multiple roles with very short tenure, an unexplained two year gap. Creating a clear timeline and narrative matters a lot
- Replying to @levelsioTraveling to France has become very unpleasant thanks to a similar law limiting AC to 23°. After getting used to sleeping in 19°, it’s impossible to have a good night of sleep. Honestly think this will impact tourism long term.
- Replying to @pitdesitheir perf has been impressive so far but they don't own the most important piece (claude). coding AI is spreading to all steps of coding (e.g. github) and msft might pull a teams moment again
- Replying to @YampelegEx-Meta here: The standard offer is a signing bonus, yearly equity refresher and base comp. 100M would be 25M / year, not crazy for a senior director or VP, especially reporting to Zuck
- Replying to @mikelong107publicly traded company with liquid stocks + a higher salary vs a 9B company that won’t go public anytime soon
- Replying to @levelsioto work in the EU, you basically study from 15yo just for that, then go to an "EU uni", so you actually never experience how the real world works
- Replying to @GergelyOroszin fairness, this would happen even before Trump, and also in the EU. you cannot work in another country with a tourist visa
- Replying to @aakashguptaSaying that AI is going to end Product Managers is like saying that the calculator will end Mathematicians
- Replying to @sweatystartupWrong on so many levels. 1st, divorce stats disagree with that. Being single at 40 willingly, happy and fulfilled not a problem. More important being happy by yourself 😉 Less stupid marriages = less unhappy children raised in terrible environments.
