- 13 years ago I was asked to present a new tv show. It changed my life and tirelessly celebrated each and every one of us. This week I start filming the show again. I’m nervous, excited and thrilled - all I’m equal measure. I hope I do you proud. #howtolookgoodnaked
- Today I woke feeling a little sad and lonely. Not sure why. So, I did what I always do when I feel like that. I sat and breathed for 10 mins and simply smiled. I’m not sure if it’s genius or crazy but it works. My smiles are for my family and friends ❤️

- Woke at 5.30am with this stupid cold. I’ve tidied up, changed the water in the flowers, watered the plants and made coffee. Now I think I’m going to do a Christmas Tree rehearsal... yes I rehearse my tree with the new decks I’ve bought over the year. DO NOT say anything! 🌲
