Hi everyone, today is the day I start my treatment and my fight back against the big C. I aim to beat this in 90 minutes with no extra time and penalties. I have been blown away by the love, kindness and support I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.❤️💪👊🏽

After a massive operation I have just found out today I am cancer free. I still have a 9 week chemo course as an insurance policy and a long road to recovery. Thank you for all the support and especially to the people who operated on me and saved my life🙏

Today was a big anniversary for me. Exactly one year ago I had a massive operation to remove a oesophagus cancer. The initial prognosis was not great. Tx to Wrexham Maelor and Glan Clwyd, family, and all who supported me. I have survived to make my first run today 🙏

Just received great news on my CT scan. All clear again no signs of the big C. I will soon hit the 5 year landmark of winning my battle. Thinking of all those people just starting on their personal journey. Keep positive -Keep Fighting 💪
