    since the Las Vegas mayor is making national news, I want to remind folks who don't know the area well that she has little control over the Vegas Strip. Most of the Strip casinos (except the Stratosphere) are in unincorporated Clark County, not the city of Vegas.

    when I was in middle school, my parents bought season ticket seats at the SF Giants ballpark. I inherited Dad’s share of them when he died in June. coming back here today, and sitting in these seats where I grew up, makes me feel so close to him. love you Dad and @SFGiants
